Bastard tenants

This is going to be mostly a picture post. I want you all to see what happens when you rent out a property to two people without the decency to look after a property. I want you to see what happens if you don’t, as I should have done, conduct regular inspections of your property. It’s kind of a warning to anyone who may be looking to rent out their own home. Do so at your own peril, because you may get infested with scum. To set the scene, this is what is used to look like:

And this is what it looks like now:

The oven and hob - never been cleaned
The kitchen floor
The sofa and lounge carpet. It used to be cream
I don't think the curtains were ever opened.
The bathroom - you'd never be clean!
Below the water line it's black.
How did it get yellow?
I hate to think what caused this.
Damage to the kitchen and another look at the floor.
The freezer...
This grease/dirt had to be scraped off with a knife.
Fire damage in the kitchen above the sink.
Empty alcohol bottle left by the sofa.
Water damage from a bathroom leak I was never told about.
